How you can prepare for your coaching session

When you come to a coaching session prepared, engaged, and open to new ideas, you’ll be amazed at how much more valuable the experience is. Your organization is investing in you, now it’s time to match that investment with your focus and energy.

Some tips to get the most out of your coaching session

    1. Take a few minutes to disconnect from any stress, dont jump in from a customer meeting, allow yourself some space.
    2. Before you attend the coaching session, make a list of your goals or concerns
    3. Be prepared to break down goals and concerns into more than one session
    4. Be ready to think about your personal or business goals or targets, we will start with a goal.
