Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, work email, optionally your company, a rough size band for your Jira, and a free-text description of your Jira situation. We do not run advertising trackers or profiling cookies.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. The legal basis is your consent (which you give with the checkbox) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started.
Where it goes
Your submission is emailed to our own inbox (info@syndeo.cz). Email delivery is handled by Resend (Resend, Inc.), acting as our processor to transmit that message. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to follow up and, where relevant, for our legitimate business records. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop using it. Email info@syndeo.cz and we'll handle it. You may also complain to the Czech data-protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
